2. Services

We provide custom concrete and epoxy countertops, tables, laser-engraved cutting boards, coasters, signs, and related handcrafted products. Orders are fulfilled based on your custom specifications, and timelines may vary based on material availability and design complexity.

3. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• We may require a deposit to begin work.
• Final payment is due upon delivery or installation, unless other terms are agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customer inaction or design approvals.
